今年からようやくジムに行けそうな余裕も出てきたので、早速、年明けと同時に隣のビルのエスフォルタに入会。
今日はエアロウォークのクラスを60分、マシンを30分。さすがに隣のビルだけあって、うちのマンションの人に必ず会います。半分以上、入ってるんじゃなかろうか。うちのマンションって本当は仲良しなんじゃないのかな。
今日の体脂肪率19.4%、体重45kg。目標は体脂肪率10.0%、体重40kg！
