代謝が悪いっていうんでしょうか。私、どうも自分で自働的に体温調整できていない気がします。冷房のある部屋にいても、腋の下の温度と背中の温度が一緒なんですけど。でも汗が出てこないんだよね。ちゃんと運動もほぼ毎日やっているんですけど、代謝改善せず。というわけで、うちにいる猫となんとなく境遇が似ている気がする今日この頃です。
